Merry Christmas!

Taking a break between brunch dishes and helping put out the dinner to say Merry Christmas to all classmates who may find a moment to check on this blog today. We have no snow so things look a bit dreary. However, I've been asked to supervise the cooking of steaks on the grill and no snow makes that easier to do. Dreary also makes the Christmas lights look brighter, so you see, there is a silver lining in our clouded sky.

My grandson got a motorized helicopter that flies around shooting at this other thing on the floor that is shooting back, so he and his brothers are wageing war in the basement. My youngest granddaughter got a Red Rider BB Gun. ?????? But no BBs. Her pet rat got a huge plastic exercise ball and is rolling around the house tormenting the dog. Twin granddaughters are fighting over the computer to download music onto something they will stick in their ear and will not be heard from again, I'm sure.

I think I'll call my mother and my brother. You have a great week. Myrt

Bonnie Boltz Mann

Found these photos on Bonnie's FB page. Recent additions but with no explainations. My guess is a daughter and two granddaughters....maybe a dance recital or Christmas program? We could keep guessing all day.

If anyone is still checking out this blog I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

I added a photo today of Gene Mustin and if you want to read his letter again from before the class reunion it is in the August archives.

Send some family photos from the holidays!!!!

Gene Mustin and "the truck"

Gene's 14 year old grandson, nicknamed 'the truck' by his teammates, just turned 14, is 6'3' weighs 206 lbs and wears a size 13 shoe. He will be a freshman next year and is the son of his oldest daughter. They grow them bigger these days. Doesn't Gene look good?
