well...%$#@&%$# dam it Frank you found me...hiding in plain site just like "whitey Bulger was in Tampa...Pam called me last week and we spoke for a little while on the phone. Would really love to make the reunion but we've already spent this years vacation money...my nephew Chris was married in Washington, DC and that trip ran us over $3500...everything was nice but, too damned expensive.
Another thing is that Bettie and I care for our son, now 37, who broke his neck in May of 1990 in three places and is a quadrapalegic; and that is a 24/7 job; we do have a van equipped to get him around and if I came we would have to bring him also; not that they wouldn't like the trip but, it would be very hard on him; can't come alone as I would have to pay for someone to come in and help care for him and it would be out of pocket as insurances won't pay for that.
Am doing well though after having 39 yrs. with ATT and retiring in January of this year; now I just work for a different boss; LOL; But have gotten a lot of things done that were put on the back burner.
Made the first reunion and couldn't make the next at 10 years; sent someone some money for a reply of what everyone was doing and where they were at the time and recieved no replies and nothing ever since until this big one coming up; hopefully I can recieve something this time.
Regarding some of those you can't locate 'the last I heard" and can't remember from who, that Kathy Bruce Catalano was in the Orlando area but, I never had any contact with her; could have been an obit as Vince had passed away; and that was several years ago.
However was in Wisconsin last year for my brother's retirement party and had time to drive into Delavan and walked the streets one more time, drove around to all the houses we were raised in and even visited the school, toured it...many changes and additions.
Not to be morbid but, would like to know how many of the 125 are still alive and kicking...at least with one leg.
Have been married for 42 years...yea, same woman...and have three children and two grandsons; oldest daughter Kathy now divorced will be 41 this year and has been teaching in the Volusia County school system for over 13 yers; my younger daughter Susan, will be 40 next Jan. and also is a teacher dealing with ESE students at the high school level; who would have thought that I of all people would have kids as teachers.
Well, its taken me long enough to answer your initial e-mail and will close for now; will fill out the form and send it to you; hoping to learn whereabouts of everyone soon.
